### Software Engineer — Nokia

Jan 2020 – Present | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Own the integration layer connecting telecom operators’ northbound CRM, ordering and sales systems to Nokia FlowOne (orchestration, provisioning and activation) and network elements. Deliver Java/WSO2 services and releases across 10+ customer environments in APAC and EMEA.

- Diagnosed and corrected a preproduction service-qualification regression using AI-assisted log and code analysis; restored HTTP status handling and coordinated a successful customer UAT retest.
- Preserved existing OAuth tokens during refresh through overlapping validity periods and database changes; verified token validity and expiry through endpoint smoke tests.
- Separated notification polling from outbound calls using bounded asynchronous Java worker queues, with controls for retries, duplicate in-flight work and runtime handover.
- Built and published a release candidate containing four packages using Maven, Jenkins and Artifactory, with configurable Basic/OAuth authentication; verified both modes and order callbacks in a lab.
- Led migrations from WSO2 ESB to WSO2 Micro Integrator, refactoring configurations and XSLT transformations and preparing release bundles, rollback plans and cutover runbooks.
- Mentored junior engineers and interns; established code review practices and wrote onboarding guides for TMF-API and WSO2 projects.

### AuthCompanion

Swift · macOS · OpenAI Build Week 2026 participant

- Created and released AuthCompanion as part of a suite of three Swift tools enabling Touch ID and Apple Watch approval for GPG signing and sudo.
- Built inspectable setup and state-restoration workflows; maintained the GPG/PAM companion forks with versioned JSON interfaces and automated release checks for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

### LLM provider integrations

Merged upstream contributions · TypeScript

- Contributed merged TypeScript improvements to LLM provider adapters: bounded workers, retryable HTTP 503 responses and isolated callback failures, with regression tests and release checks.
- Completed an OAuth plugin migration and implemented account-aware model routing in a separate adapter; added concurrency, lifecycle and package installation tests.
